How long does it take my website to go up after I sign up for a subscription?

Your initial website is up within 72 hours. Our experts retrieve your website instructions that you provided during your registration and apply it to the initial version of your website. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation text and/or e-mail at the main phone number and/or e-mail you saved on your account.

How often can I change my websites content?

Content changes can be submitted on a daily basis upon your request. Please make all requests as detailed as possible to help our experts understand your goal(s). Support tickets are processed 7 days a week from 9AM to 6PM EST in the order received. We value your goals and appreciate your feedback! We work as quickly and as effectively as possible to update your website in all applicable areas in a timely manner.

Can I cancel a subscription once purchased?

Absolutely! We believe in our service so much, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. There is a $99 cancellation fee for all subscription models as per our Cancellation Policy. All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time after the initial cancellation period. When a subscription is cancelled, the system will not renew your subscription the month following cancellation.

What happens if I do not like the website created?

Support tickets can be submitted online 7 days a week to correct, update, or improve your website. Your desktop, tablet, and mobile version goals can be improved depending on the subscription plan you choose; this is done via access to your ACCESSCOUNTS account which you are given the log-in credentials at the time you sign up.
